Most products are made to order. For that reason, unfortunately there will be NO RETURNS or REFUNDS unless the item has been damaged or the wrong item has been shipped.

Do I make all this stuff? I illustrate and design everything in this shop but some of the items are manufactured and shipped out by the wonderful team at Printful and Printify.

When will I get my order? It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but a general rule of thumb is: USA: 5- 8 business days International: 10-20 business days. Is there worldwide shipping? Pretty much with some exceptions. Printful ships to most areas of the world except: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. Please check Printful’s website here for current list.

I placed an order but don’t have tracking info! After you place your order it can take around 3-7 days for fulfillment. Once your product is printed, it can take up to 48 hours to receive your tracking info. This will come as an email from the Printful team. Please check your spam mailbox in case the email has been sorted there. For more info, you can read Printful’s FAQ here.

Where will my order ship from?Printful or Printify both are on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. They ship from locations based on destination and stock availability.

Will I be charged customs for my order? An additional customs and tax fee may occur on some international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order never arrived: If your order did not arrive within the estimated delivery time (please allow extra ship times due to Covid), there may have been an issue with your shipping address. If this is the case, your order will have been returned to the Printful warehouse. Please contact me with your updated shipping address. 

How do I track my order? If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? Please email me at jennyalamodeshop@gmail.com within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I'll get back to you as soon as possible to make things right!

What’s your return policy? We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know.

Do you offer refunds? Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. Please contact me with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll try to make things right.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? Nope, sorry. Because everything is made to order, and nothing is kept in stock, we don't offer exchanges. Please check out the sizing charts for every item listed in the product description. Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
